Free services provided by IVEK for potential, starting and operating businesses are financed through Enterprise Estonia (EAS) by European Regional Development Fund.

Consultations for starting and operating businesses are FREE of charge. Operating entrepreneurs are consulted for up to 2(two) hours per one entrepreneur. Consultations are offered on writing a project application and explaining application conditions.
